2. Currency & Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may appear in other currencies based on your location, but billing will be processed in USD.
Product prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order.
3. Taxes & Duties
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
For international orders (UK and EU), customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country.
4. Order Confirmation & Billing
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
If we cannot authorize your payment, your order will not be processed.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information when completing a purchase.
5. Recurring Payments
If you purchase a subscription or recurring service, your payment method will be billed automatically according to the agreed schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
You may cancel recurring billing at any time before the next billing date by contacting us.
6. Failed or Declined Payments

Orders will not ship until full payment has been successfully processed.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We will investigate and work with you to resolve any billing issues quickly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.
8. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
9. Fraud Prevention
All transactions are subject to verification.
Orders flagged as suspicious may be delayed or canceled to protect both customers and HikingGlobe.
