Sleeping Bags
Washing: Hand wash or use a front-loading washing machine on a gentle cycle with cold water. Use a down-safe or mild detergent.
Drying: Air dry completely before storage. If tumble drying, use low heat with clean tennis balls to help fluff the insulation.
Storage: Store loosely in a breathable cotton or mesh storage bag. Do not store compressed in a stuff sack for long periods.
Additional Tip: Always shake out your sleeping bag after each trip to maintain loft and insulation.
Backpacks & Bags
Cleaning: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry.
Zippers: Keep zippers free of dirt and debris. Apply zipper lubricant occasionally to prevent sticking.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of your backpack for long periods to maintain its shape.
