1. What are the shipping times for my order?

  • USA: 5–9 business days after processing

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Europe (EU): 9–15 business days

2. How do returns and refunds work?

Answer:
You can return items within 40 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns are free if initiated through our process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically processed within 10–15 business days after we receive the returned item. 3. What is covered under the warranty?

Answer:
All HikingGlobe products come with a 12-month limited warranty from purchase date. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (e.g., broken zippers, faulty seams). Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not covered. See our Warranty Information page for full terms.

4. How should I care for my gear?

Answer:

  • Jackets & Outerwear: Machine wash cold, air dry or tumble low, avoid bleach or fabric softeners.

  • Sleeping Bags: Gentle wash, air dry fully, use tennis balls in dryer to maintain loft.

  • Backpacks: Spot clean only, avoid full immersion, keep zippers and buckles clean.

5. What if my order is delayed or never arrives?

Answer:

  • Track your shipment using the tracking number sent by email.

  • If the package shows delivered but you don’t have it, check with your neighbors or local post office.

  • Email us at contact@hikingglobe.com or call +1 (440) 412-5928 within 7 business days to report missing or delayed orders. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. How do I know what size to order?

Answer:
We provide a comprehensive Size Guide for jackets, sleeping bags, and backpacks. Please measure carefully and consult the chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

7. Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

Answer:
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet (within the 1–3 day processing window), we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please reach out quickly via email or phone. We cannot make changes once the order has shipped.

8. Is my personal data safe? Will you share or sell it?

Answer:
Your privacy is important to us. We collect data only as described in our Privacy Policy, and any sharing of information for targeted advertising or analytics purposes is clearly outlined. You have the right to opt out via email or phone, or by using the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.

9. Do you offer international shipping beyond the regions listed?

Answer:
Currently, we ship to the USA, United Kingdom, and Europe (EU). We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted regions. If you need shipping to another region, please contact us at contact@hikingglobe.com—we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.
