Warranty Information


Last updated: September 01, 2025At HikingGlobe we stand behind the quality of our products. Each item is designed and tested to perform in real outdoor conditions. This Warranty Information page explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a warranty claim.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage


  • All HikingGlobe products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:


    Broken zippers, buckles, or stitching failures under normal use


    Faulty seams or insulation problems in sleeping bags


    Structural defects in backpacks or straps


2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Exposure to fire, sharp objects, or extreme weather beyond intended use

  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by unauthorized parties

  • Improper care or cleaning not in accordance with our Care Instructions

3. Duration of Coverage


  • Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

  • Replacement products do not reset or extend the original warranty period.

4. Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, HikingGlobe will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item free of charge,

  • Replace the item with the same or similar model, or

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a claim:

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your claim within 5–7 business days and provide next steps.
If your claim is approved, you may be asked to return the defective item using a prepaid return label provided by us.

6. Limitation of Liability


  • Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product as outlined above.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, travel delays, or personal injury caused by misuse of products.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights depending on your jurisdiction.
